Douglas Lee Price is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Browne & Price, P.A., bringing more than three decades of legal experience to clients throughout Georgia. Since co-founding the firm in 1995, he has built a reputation for providing practical legal guidance and personalized representation in real estate law, probate, estate planning, and business matters.

A proud Southwest Atlanta (SWATL) native, Mr. Price comes from a family with deep roots in the Atlanta community dating back to the early 1920s. His family resided in the historic neighborhoods of Cascade Heights, Capitol View, and East Point, where he developed a lifelong appreciation for the people and communities he continues to serve today.

Mr. Price graduated from Headland High School in East Point in 1977 before earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Alabama in 1982. He later attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1990. Following graduation, he served as a staff attorney and law clerk at his alma mater before co-founding Browne & Price, P.A. in 1995.

Since 1998, Mr. Price has concentrated his practice in real estate law, representing buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, investors, and businesses in residential and commercial transactions throughout Georgia. His practice has since expanded to include probate administration, estate planning, and corporate legal services, allowing him to provide clients with comprehensive legal solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Marc Pilgrim

Managing Associate

Marc Pilgrim is a Managing Associate at Browne & Price, P.A., where he focuses on residential real estate closings. A graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, Marc has more than 26 years of legal experience representing clients throughout Georgia.

In addition to his real estate practice, Marc has an extensive background in criminal defense and personal injury litigation, having advocated for clients in courts across the state, including the Supreme Court of Georgia. His broad legal experience enables him to anticipate challenges, solve problems efficiently, and provide practical guidance throughout the closing process.

Known for his client-centered approach, Marc is committed to delivering a smooth, efficient, and stress-free closing experience while making complex legal matters easy to understand. Outside the office, he enjoys history podcasts, spending time with his wife and family, and serving in leadership at North Avenue Presbyterian Church in downtown Atlanta.
